A strong daycare-team for your child

Our kindergarten-team consists of seven early childhood education professionals as well as three technical staff members. We have been working together in this constellation since 2020, creating a stable, familiar environment for the children. This continuity forms an important foundation for secure attachment and positive development.

In addition to our many years of experience, we place great value on ongoing training and professional development. New ideas from courses and qualifications continually flow into our educational work and enrich everyday kindergarten life.

Current training priorities include, among others:

Using digital media in the kindergarten
Support for gifted education
Support for children with special educational needs

In addition to numerous short training courses lasting one to two days, we have also taken part in long-term training programs, each of which concluded with a certificate. Over the past five years, we have successfully completed several of these certified programs and expanded our expertise in a targeted way—for the benefit and best possible support of the children in our kindergarten.
